Scheduling with Clarity

Once your furniture is ready, our coordination team contacts you directly to schedule delivery:

  • Flexible Windows: Choose a date that suits your schedule.

  • Reminders: Receive confirmation by email and SMS 24 hours before delivery.

  • Live Assistance: Our Richmond Hill support team can adjust timing or access instructions if needed.

Our Shipping Policy offers free curbside delivery within 10 km of our showroom. Beyond this, standard delivery charges apply and are shown before checkout.

Curbside vs. White-Glove Options

Transparency is part of Diyar’s promise.

  • Curbside Delivery (Standard): Furniture is delivered to your home’s front entrance or building lobby.

  • White-Glove Placement (Optional): For a premium experience, request our professional in-home team to bring, unpack, and position each piece (subject to an additional fee).

Both methods follow Diyar’s Luxury Furniture Delivery Canada standards — careful handling, protective coverings, and courteous service.


Setup, Inspection & Care

If you’ve selected the white-glove option:

  1. Our trained specialists assemble each component using precision tools.

  2. All packaging materials are removed.

  3. Together, we inspect every seam, leg, and finish to ensure showroom perfection.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Confidence

Diyar Luxury Home combines artistry with accountability.

  • Returns & Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours only if not yet dispatched. Custom-made items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production begins.

  • Warranty Coverage: A two-year limited warranty protects frames, bases, and foam cushions; optional five-year coverage is available for purchase.

  • Exclusions: Upholstery fabric, misuse, and ordinary wear are not covered — preserving fairness and quality expectations.

These clear terms ensure you always know where your investment stands.


Nationwide Coordination

From Toronto to Vancouver, every out-of-province shipment is managed through vetted carriers who follow Diyar’s Luxury Furniture Delivery Canada guidelines:
