Delivery Areas & Fees
Free delivery within 10 km of our Richmond Hill showroom (curbside). Beyond 10 km, a delivery fee applies based on distance and accessibility.
For long-distance or special deliveries, contact the team for a quote in advance.
Service Levels: Curbside vs. In-Home
Standard = Curbside Delivery. Items are delivered to the front entrance of your home or building.
In-Home / Placement / Stairs (optional, paid): If you want items carried inside or placed in a specific room, request this upgrade when scheduling; extra charges apply.
Wall-mounting (e.g., mirrors, artwork) isn’t included by default; it can be arranged for a fee, and liability remains with the customer.
Important liability note: If you request in-home delivery beyond the entrance, you accept responsibility for potential scuffs/damage to walls, floors, or stairs during the move.
Scheduling & Communication
Once your order is ready, the team will confirm a delivery window and any access details (condos, elevators, stairwells). Having measurements ready helps ensure a smooth, first-attempt success.
Changes, Cancellations & Custom Orders
24-hour cancellation window from the time your invoice is issued, only if the order hasn’t been dispatched or delivered.
Custom-made orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production begins. Estimated lead time is ~4 months, with possible delays due to supply chain or other external factors.
Tip: For custom work (size, fabric, colour), review specs carefully before confirming — if a delivered item doesn’t match the confirmed specs, Diyar will work with you to resolve it (including replacement or refund as appropriate).
Packaging & Protection (At a Glance)
Every order is wrapped with multi-layer protection and prepared for Canadian weather. In the GTA, deliveries are handled by trained teams; nationwide shipments use vetted carriers who follow Diyar’s handling standards.
Warranty Coverage (What’s Included)
2-Year Limited Warranty covering structural components: frames/inner construction, legs/support bases, foam/cushioning.
Upholstery fabric is excluded (wear varies by use).
An extended warranty up to 5 years is available for an additional fee.
Materials & build: solid beech-wood frames and high-density foam support long-term durability.
What to do on arrival: Inspect immediately and report any delivery-related concerns quickly so support can act fast (repair/replace per policy).
