At Diyar Luxury Home, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. Please review the following details regarding our shipping and delivery process:

🚚 Delivery Scope & Charges

  • We offer free delivery within a 10 km radius of our showroom.

  • Deliveries outside of this area will incur additional delivery charges, which vary depending on distance and accessibility.

🏠 Curbside Delivery Only

  • Our standard delivery includes curbside service, meaning items will be delivered to the front entrance of your home or building.

  • If you require delivery inside the home, including carrying items up stairs or placing them in a specific room, this service is available upon request and will incur an extra charge.

⚠️ Liability & Damages

  • Our delivery team is responsible for ensuring that your furniture is delivered safely and intact to the front door.

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused to walls, floors, stairs, or other household items if delivery beyond the front entrance is requested.

  • By requesting in-home delivery, you accept full responsibility for any potential damages during the moving process inside the property.

🖼️ Wall Mounting Services

  • Wall mounting services (e.g., hanging artwork, mirrors, etc.) are not included in standard delivery.

  • If requested, mounting can be arranged at an additional cost, and all responsibility and liability remain with the customer.
