We understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a 24-hour window for order cancellations, starting from the time your invoice is issued.
To be eligible for cancellation, the request must be made within 24 hours and before the items have been dispatched or delivered.
Please note:

Once the 24-hour period has passed or the order has been shipped/delivered, cancellations can no longer be accepted.

Please note that all special and custom orders are crafted specifically for you, and as such, the following policies apply:

The estimated lead time for custom orders is approximately 4 months from the date of confirmation.

However, delays may occur due to external factors such as global supply chain disruptions, geopolitical events, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we do our best to meet our timelines, we appreciate your understanding should any delays arise.

By placing a custom order, you agree to these conditions, including the potential for extended timelines.

Custom and special orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances, once production has begun.

Exception: If the item delivered does not match the specifications confirmed in your order (e.g., wrong size, fabric, or color), we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
